Eril requested 3 quotes from Carpenters in Northgate
I would like a timber deck framework built at rear of queenslander.
I require the stumps, bearers and joists to be installed. The decking, painting, finsihing and cleanup will be done by myself.
The approx size of deck footprint is 4m x 10m and is approx 1.2m off the ground.
Depending on costs, the deck may or may not have a corro skillion roof.
Will need a single flight of external stairs.
Will also need plans, council approval and soil test it needed etc.
