I am trying to get an idea on costs to start 3 significant jobs around our house.
1. Building of deck around pool area. Quite a large area half on concrete, half on yard. Fall of concrete area in the order of 25cm over 4 meters. Builders have said to concrete...concreters have said to deck it. time to get serious.
2. Quote to design and construct a 2 car carport. Prefer timber beams and insulated roof.
3. Quote to replace 60 odd sqm shadeclothed patio cover (over proposed deck area) attached to existing steel structure. Prefer waterproof product even a heavy duty vinyl depending on cost.
