Require 3 vertical holes to be made through lounge wall to dining room, each measures around 1.5m x 40mm. no support required. lounge wall is in hardwood panels and diningroom wall is in plaster. area exposed to be plastered (downlights will be required - have electrician to do those.)
- re-hang doors that were incorrectly hung and dont seal properly. finish hardwood beam where previous carpenter cut too short to floor. advise and correction of door frame that doesn't met floor.
