-Create a 2.4m x 2.4m opening and install lintel in rear wall of timber stud / weatherboard house
-Install 2.4m span bi-fold doors (3 leaves, Centro hardware, all doors and frame on site and ready to be installed).
Owner will remove existing weatherboards and prepare clean site. Following door installation owner will replace all weatherboards and complete finish carpentry.
