Hi,
The upstairs area and stairs creak when walked on. Some areas louder than others. There is no visible damage to the floors at all however, this may be the result of wear and tear. The area consists of the stairs (18 steps) and 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms have walk in robes). Would kindly appreciate a tradesperson to rectify the creaking problem. The carpet and underlay has been removed and ready to inspect. Once quotes have been received and confirmed, would like immediate attention to if possible. Thank you.
