We are a disability support service. we wish to construct a decking of app. 14sqm, with double ramp of about 30 sqm at the elevataed back door of one of our houses in mt evelyn. we have proper plans drawn up, and require a quote for the completion of the job. the builder would need to be aware of the needs of the residents, in that most work could only be done between 9.00am and 3.00pm, when the house is unoccupied. council permits have not yet been obtained.
