I would like to have a verandah constructed that is also a pergola. it is only a small area so i want the posts out of the way. the floor is to be concreted. i am after a colourbond roof with opaque skylights. i would prefer steel/galvanized/courbond posts and do not mind if the whole thing is steel or colourbond. the area is easy to access. i would like all plans and neccessary permits to be organized by the builder. i am also looking at putting a water tank in this area as well and i may want it to sit on a stand that has storage underneath.
