A double carport (5.4m) extending from front of brick and tile house. Has to be gable or dutch gable and roof tiled to meet council restrictions. Also want to change a large front windows to double french doors and close off another door. Also Interested, depnding on cost, in widening an internal double doorway to open up two existing living rooms.
There is a possibility of a much larger house modification (narrowing three rooms of the house to permit a battleaxe block) which we would also like to discuss with a suitable builder (but we expect it will be too expensive)
