Carpentry work to move and redevelop existing Linen Cupboard into Pantry

We have a Large 2 door linen Cupboard in our hallway that we now desire to be transformed into our Pantry on the opposite side of the existing wall (to face the kitchen). Would require some reasonable effort. Someone with experience in modern pantry designs would be preferred. Work would need to cut new pantry into existing kitchen wall, build panty shelves, patch up and plaster hallway wall.
