I need a carpenter or other tradesman (not a project manager), who can install an internal staircase in an existing home, and also move some internal walls. Total job I am looking at doing includes:
- Demolishing internal walls, and cutting hole in the floor
- Installing internal staircase downstairs
- Replacing internal walls around stairs
- Removal of 3 internal windows (they are there let light in) and replace with plasterboard
- Installation of internal sliding cavity door (can be installed when 1 internal window is removed)
- Replacing front door (internal walls and stairs are in the entry way and will impact front door)
Potential for further internal carpentry / building work.
