We currently have 2 french doors which are 1.4 x 2.4. We are taking these French doors out and will be replacing them with a bi folding door which is 4.4x2.4. Essentially once the French doors are removed the bricks between where the 2 french doors stood will need to be removed. We will then need to create an opening on another wall where there are currently 2 windows and place the French doors there. This will also require further opening.
We have obtained an engineering report which will have a steel beam and post on the large opening for the bi fold doors. We can order the steel ourselves.
It is a single story level and our ceiling height is at 3m.
If you can give me a quote on this asap as we require this job to be done before 12/09/2013 as this is the day our bi folding doors are being installed. Please also let me know how long it would take to complete this job.
