Re-tension cable truss - Re-tension roof cable truss as this has resulted in a bit of slack, which turn shows on the exterior (slight dip in the ridge cap); at the same time, check roof space for other cable trusses that need to be re-tensioned.
Fix window frames - Timber window frames' exposure to sun and rain/heat & cold have resulted in frames being pushed back and gaps are now showing between the frames and brick work.
Timber windows - Laundry window (timber) has dry rot and may need to be repaired and planed, another window frame also has a portion that has dry rot (needs to be filled/fixed); 1 toilet window to be replaced as well.
Pergola flashing - Gap between pergola roof and fascia, water falls onto the deck when it rains.
Quads - To be installed around exterior (eaves/behind fascia)
