Construction of a built in wardrobe with 2 sliding doors, including labour and materials.
Scope:
• Externally wardrobe to be framed in MGP10 pine of 2700mm height x 1600mm width x 700mm depth;
• 2x sliding MDF Internal Doors 2040mm height x 620 width x 35mm width (ready coat/pre-primed) with wheels on bottom;
• Sliding door track and pelmet in powder coated white metal frame;
• 10mm plaster walls inside and outside of wardrobe;
• 90mm standard cornice inside and outside of wardrobe;
• 66mm x 14mm Lamb tongue MDF (or similar) skirting and architraves; and
• 2x chrome cavity flush door handles (for sliding doors).
Exclusions:
• No painting required.
