1. I need two new shelves, both approximately 80cm long, to be built into my linen cupboard.
I had to have a shelf removed to make room for a larger hot water cylinder. I still have the material from this shelf and it would be long enough for one new shelf.
2. I want to replace the old hinges on my six kitchen cupboard doors with integrated soft-closing hinges. I was quoted $6 each hinge by Specialised Joinery Supplies, North Hobart.
(The sixth cupboard door might be a problem because it is a cross-corner or L-shaped cupboard. Not sure how soft-closing hinges would work on this one.)
