want two adjacent entertainment areas in the backyard. first half is 8mx8m requires merbau decking, pergola and glass walls(enclosed like a sun room) second area which is adjacent is 7m x 5m decking and pergola. not enclosed. currently there is concrete and grass in the backyard. need to get it done asap. can pay cash. need someone who can also get council permits.
