Building new 180sqm two storey house in Heathmont (Ringwood east). Looking for carpenter to build subfloor and frame. Pouring footings end of next week and will have sub floor bricked up the week after. Plans can be emailed on request. Have quotes for pre-fab so will accept carpenter quotes for either pre-fab frame to be assembled or frame to be built from sticks.
