Build Recessed Plaster Wall Niches and Window in Internal Dry Plaster Wall

I want some recessed plaster wall niches and an internal plaster wall window built. Below is a brief summary of what I'm after -
1. I want to cut a window in the plaster wall between the Study room and the hallway. The dimensions will be approx 1.5m (w) x 1m (h). The window will be timber-framed from the inside and ready for custom-built plantation shutters.
2. I want four recessed wall niches of varying sizes built in another plaster wall. These will be similar to the image at the below link - http://st.houzz.com/simgs/0311a29302cfb4c6_8-3947/contemporary-entry.jpg
Similar to the image above, I need a slight gap ('groove gap') between the shelves and the recessed wall where I will install LED light strips. I don't have firm measurements for these niches but the image above will be used as rough guide.
3. I also need another 3 niches (similar to the image above) in the ensuite in the dry plaster wall over the spa.
4. Finally I need another large recessed wall niche built inside the plaster wall in the Master Bedroom. I can provide the measurements later but to give a rough idea, this will be used to wall mount a 60 inch LED TV and therefore timber support for the stand will be required.
