New room to be built in existing garage. 4500mm x 3200mm, with separate toilet within that envelope (toilet and basin).
Stud wall construction, plaster lined. New ceiling also, plaster fixed to new ceiling joists. Walls and ceiling to be insulated.
Garage is all steel, with colorbond cladding fixed to tophats. Existing window in one wall to be removed, with new 1800x1200 window to be installed.
