I use Service Central so I don't have to chase after people who don't want the work. This company was very quick to express interest in my job but they never contacted me. I believe the tradesmen should make the contact if they have "grabbed" one of the 3 available slots. I only end up with 2 possible quotes, and some other tradesman misses out on the opportunity to gain some work.
