Hi,
I need to...
1. get my existing deck replaced
2. extended the deck based on plans drawn up by an architect/draughtsman.
I have submitted my planning permission application Knox (last week), so it should be another 1-2 weeks before I hear from them.
I am after a quote now on cost to implement the design (subject to all approvals being complete) as well as estimated time frames - start and duration assuming all the paper work will be done in a month to six weeks.
