we need to replace an old verandah at the rear of the house, possibly using steel construction with laserlite. the attached car port also needs fixing, with some rotten beams. a deck will be added outside the opening double doors, coming out from the house a couple of metres. we also need to add some flashing between two roof heights to prevent water leakage.
