It seems like the bathroom floor has a leak problem and it may have been there for some time where the floor boards and under the floor is rotting away. We need someone who has a tool to go into the pipes and to pin point the leak. A plumber has looked at it but was do able to work out where the leak is coming from and advised the shower and the floor will need to be pulled up to find and repair the leak.
Looking for someone who maybe able to pin point leak and maybe repair without the shower or some of the floor coming up. - Need a quote for this part of the job and I assume its for a plumber not a carpenter
If the shower needs to come out to repair leak and any water damaged floor boards then this will need to be done as well - I assume this part of the job is for a carpentar
