Balcony on house has rotten 2 m external wooden support beam that needs replacing. 2 m above ground. Also some deterioration of balcony underfloor sheeting under tiling. Some underfloor sheeting will need replacing. Will require removal of tiling and aluminium handrail to remove beam undersheet. Will need propping balcony to remove and replace support beam. Will require replacing tiling.
