Quotes for a covered pergola (balcony) at side of house. Area is approximately 9x6 metres. Balcony to be attached to brickwork of house and garage. Timber posts on other sides. Prefer Japanese style in garden with stained timber posts. Termite area. Would like to discuss options for materials for balcony roof. House next door at appropriate distance for this structure. Aware that permit is required but do not want quotes for this yet.
