We have an easement on our property in the form of a manhole cover (approx 1 metre x 1 metre). We currently have a deck built over the top of it, preventing access without removing at least 20 boards on the deck.
We would like a simple but elegant solution providing access to the manhole cover, by removing/lifting a section of the deck. Below the boards there are bearers, at least 2 of which run across the manhole cover. The solution needs to ensure ease of access should the water company need access at short notice.
Deck dimensions : 343cm x 296cm
Quotes can only be done on a Friday or Monday. I have photos of the deck if you want them emailed.
