there is a 1.8 metres wide opening on the wall (3.6 metres wide) between lounge and dining. we need a licensed builder to widen the existing opening from 1.8 metres to 3.1 metres, and restore the wall and the ceiling ready to paint and the concrete floor ready to install bamboo flooring. it's 2-storey brick veneer house (about 25 yrs old) and the wall is at the ground floor (with master room upstairs).
