We have an existing table that is too long and we wondered if anyone could cut it off, shorten it, finish it, and replace of strengthen a dodgy leg. We love our table, but with growing family we need space for high chair, and in attempt to avoid waste or spending too much money we'd LOVE to alter one we have ! Is this possible? can someone do this, or is that impossible?

Table is long retangular recycled floorboards, and much loved.
