- Remove existing bench-top and discard
- Remove existing rotted cabinet under sink and discard
- Replace kitchen bench-top
* 3500mm x 1400mm x 600mm ( Add on 130mm for U-Shape)
- Repair tiled splash-back where necessary.
- Repair/replace leaking tapware in kitchen
- Replace cabinet under kitchen sink keeping existing doors.
- Repair tiling on splash-back above bench.
* Include sealing around bench-top and sink.
