I have an old Queenslander house, converted into flats. One of the flats is 2 bedroom, but can easily be converted to 3 bedrooms by closing off a set of french doors and adding a new entrance door. The new entrance way is not standard door width/height, so some surrounds would need to be fabricated/designed. I would like to use some glass in the entrance door, so the entrance foyer is not dark. Needs to be neat and solid, but at the same time is a rental, so budget is important.
