Need new sink fitted to a ceasar stone benchtop. Insert or Undermount?

Currently two small round sinks are fitted as inserts in to the existing ceaser stone benchtop.
I want to know if I can replace these with any kind of sink i.e. would it be possible for me have an undermounted sink fitted or will the new sink have to be an insert (or drop in sink) as well.
