Here’s a sketch of the doors and other things to be fabricated. All should be made from white melamine faced 16mm thick material with white edging strip where required. The swing door hinges should be cabinet type suitable for flush mounted doors on 16mm thick cabinet casings and good for a total door weight of about 30kg per leaf (doors will be eventually be faced with 3mm acrylic mirror material).
I would appreciate if the price could include delivery. I intend to install myself, but if a supplier wanted to give me a price (either lump sum or per hour) to install I would be interested to see it. In fact I have a bit more work here they might be interested in.
Price should include supply of:
• Doors A, B & C. Each leaf pre-fitted with 4 off hinges
• Side strip
• Loose flap
• Divider, including 2 off fixing battens about 30mm square and 1600 long
• Shelf, including back and side support strips ex same white melamine faced 16mm material about 50mm wide. 2 off 250 long, 1 off 1050 long. Each edged on one long edge.
