Linen / Broom cupboard to be made and installed

I wanted to arrange for an approximate quotation for a linen cupboard to be designed, made and installed. I'll attach sketch of area it needs to fit into. A hot water system used to be in this area so there are some small pipes attached to the wall. They still form part of the hot water piping for the house so the intention will be to build the cupboard around them. The cupboard will need space for a vacuum cleaner and the typical shelving for towels, sheets etc. It would be ideal if the cupboard can be accessed from where I’ve shown the arrow on the attachment but have some way of accessing the sunken section from the other side.
It’s a post war home so the cupboard doesn’t need to be anything special, just standard.
