We are after rennovations to all the areas listed. I want a creative design person who is good a maximising the space we have with design. There could be a couple of options for our kitchen with potential partial structural wall removal. I could source a seperate builder to do this if necessary.The laundry and bathrooms are quite small areas and need updating mainly, we would like to save on cost and not move plumbing etc if possible. The kitchen will be the main renno.
