To replace/repair kitchen bench of about 2.5 metres. Also repair floor resulting from water damage.
Bench: this job involves replacing bench tops, underbench shelves, and four drawers (chipboard is original material) The bench frame should be retained.
Floor: Remove and replace 4 sq m of chipboard floor.
Floor: Remove 4 sq m lino floor tiles and replace with suitable covering. If need be, this can be separated from cabinet work (described above)
Please note: I prefer that the tradesman who quotes the job should be the person who starts and completes the job, and that a completion date be agreed to.
