I have a Rental Property in Surfers Paradise (Gold Coast). Kitchen Cupboards and Bench Top has been damaged by Burst Water Pipe in Slab. Body Corp has approved job and has asked me to obtain quotes to repair. I will be on the Gold Coast from 17th to 24th October. Inspection is welcome during this time. The property is Tennented and i am happy to pay contractor direct and then claim through Body Corp. Quote needs to state (Cupboards damaged by Water pipe) I can prove that by water pipe repairs. Need repairs done fairly quickly. Thank you.
