Kitchen Benchtop Laminex Replacement

Looking for someone to supply and fit laminex/laminate to kitchen benchtop. Existing laminex in good condition, just dated colour. Happy to have new laminex stuck onto old. Bench is U shape (10m) with gas cook top and sink plus a small servery bench. Has wooden trim edge that we want to keep. The current laminex is on a raised section (about 2-3 mm) with no laminex edging.
Need to do 7m splashback wall tiles as well and will consider one contractor if suitable.
