Kitchen benchtop is burnt
Michael requested 3 quotes from Cabinet Makers in Rushcutters Bay
Our kitchen benchtop has been burnt by a hotplate that was still hot on our benchtop stove, and a wok lid partially on the hotplate and the benchtop. The burnt area is approx the sixe of half a hand. The bench may need to be replaced which may affect the tiles on the wall behind. Can burns be buffed out?

This is the reponse I received, after taking a photo of the kitchen bench that requires repair and emailing it to the tradesperson. I'm not very impressed with this level of customer service.
