Fixing broken drawer runners and cross-piece

Hello,
Our sets of drawers and dressing table have some broken plastic runners. Also, the wooden cross-piece between some of the drawers is either broken off or it turns around on its axis. Other drawers have the cross-piece a bit loose but it’s not yet freely turning around. The units are Dream Haven from about 1984 and made of Tassie Oak. The runners are about 30 cm long and 1½ cm high, and white plastic. I can send photos. Could you please quote generally to fix these problems? Thank you.
