External Free Standing Menu Board for Restaurant

Need a free standing menu display board for our restaurant. Measurements approx. 1500mm x 500mm.
Must be able to withstand the elements - ie wind & rain (to a certain degree) and must be weighted so it doesnt fall over.
Would like it to be finished in a dark timber finish with a flat angled display board where we can place and change over our menus.
