Close off a kitchen with sliding doors

I am wanting to close off my kitchen to stop our 4 kittens from being in the kitchen when they're in the house.
When they are not in the house, I wish to be able to open it up. So that the kitchen is light and airy and not too closed in,

1. I can envisage 2-3 sliding or bifold panels on top of the breakfast bar bench top.

The front measurements from left to right of bench top = 1470mm
Height from bench top to ceiling =1770 height.

Ideally, I wish to be able to bifold or slide 1-3 smaller panels back to the left of wall so that when the kittens are not in the house, we can open up the kitchen so we don't have too enclosed a space.

2.I also need a fixed side panel on the bench top (w) 700x1770(h). (short side of bench on the right side perpendicular)

3. I am wanting a (sliding )door at the entrance
entrance opening is (w)950x(h)2600 (floor to ceiling)
