Require a custom made sylish cabinet/Bench unit on castors (cabinet may need to be made in two sections) to accommodate a BBQ, Fridge, waste bin and other accessories.
Ideally the benchtop will be in granite or corian, surrounded by marine ply or some other material as the cabinet from time to time will be exposed to the weather conditions.
The BBQ unit should compliment a number of existing furniture pieces in the balcony.
