Require new bathroom vanity/cabinets to replace existing unit. New unit needs to conceal a front loading washing machine behind cupboard doors (as well as contain basin etc). Dimensions approx. 2.0 x 0.7 metres. Modifications to existing plumbing would be required and possibly some re-tiling.
