Organised a time for a quote, but Ron did not arrive on time. I called him 15 minutes after he was scheduled to arrive and was told "Sorry, I forgot". Needless to say, I forgot to reschedule a time.

Arrived late for the quote, but was helpful in discussing the options available. Performed all the measuring and proposed various options for job. However, did not provide a quote as option discussed and agreed, was later removed due to supplier restrictions. Did not seem to have the knowledge to complete job to specified requirements.
