40mm Granite Bench top installed and cut for stove top and underbench sink

We have three pieces of granite to be installed onto the cupboards: L shaped kitchen - 2 x (2200x600x40) plus 1 (600x600x20 - corner piece). There will also be two holes cut one for the stove top (approx 400x500) and one for the underbench sink which will also need polishing (approx 400x600).
Also if possible we would need the underbench sink to be installed.
