My project has been given to one of their assessors to provide me with a written quote. It's been 2 weeks and still waiting for subject same. The assessor contacted me after 4 days job was posted via email with a few questions. I replied within 24hrs which left me with the impression that this person unfortunately does not understand to read simple design site plans, even after a site visit and photos. I have little faith that a fair and reasonable quote will be provided,if that.
