We have an edwardian house where the original fireplace has been bricked up - chimney still seems intact. We have friends demolishing their existing home. We're hoping to have the fireplace and mantle removed from the to-be demolished house (in Elsternwick) and installed in our place (St Kilda East). Would love to get a quote on this.
