Window (2.1 x 1.8 m) to be removed. Brick wall next to it removed. Replace with one big window (approx 3.8 x 1.8 m. Above the new window install wooden outside wall. Above window will need lintel, but is not load bearing. Scaffolding will be required (sloping land makes it high. Existing air con (split system) will need removing and reinstalling (pipes and unit outside). Bricks will need reinstating in column next to window.
