Double fronted Victoria house currently under renovation. Currently at lock-up and needs someone to complete.
Things outstanding:
1. Complete kitchen fit-out (benchtops, splash-back, kitchen sink, tap fittings, drain and trap and appliances (rangehood, iven, dishwasher
2. Bull nose verandah- flashing, the timber frame and corrugated steel sheets
3. Some internal architrave and cornice
4 Internal/external painting
5. Bathroom fit out - vanity unit, benchtop, shower screen, basins, traps have not been installed
6. floor boards throughout house need to be sand and polished
7. bedroom wardrobe shelves and clothes rails
8. Roof insulation
9. Some plasterboard repair work
10. Door handles throughout house
11. Timber architraves around 2 new windows
12. External taps
13. Hot water service
Best if you come view as it is a small house under 15 squares. We have all the required permits but you would need to use your licence and take over he job from here. The surveyer said you would not be liable for any of the previous works only what you do. We have had an independent inspector come through the house so we are happy to give you this report.
