Weatherboard house needs chimney removed

We have a single storey weatherboard house with a red-brick chimney. This is no longer used and we wish to have the chimney removed. It is about 7 metres high. We would like the external and internal walls made good and a door put in where the chimney was. (The bricks may be taken or left on site.)
