Peter requested 3 quotes from Builders in Frenchs Forest
We have a wood/weatherboard extension 4m x 3m attached to the back of our house, supported approx 2m above ground level by metal poles attached to a concrete foundation. The foundation and poles have subsided and the floor and ceiling of the room drop around 50mm across its width (3m) as a result.
We require a builder to return the room to level, possibly by jacking up the out of level floor joists (advice required as to best approach to the repair). All exterior and interior surfaces will need to be made good as part of the repair, although decoration is not required.
